  I've called and/or emailed 4 times now, and only once have a spoken with an actual person, who told me I'd get a call back later that day. I've been trying to check availability/book appointments for the last three days now. When I saw there were open slots for appointments online, I selected and booked one for myself, and told my friends to do the same. Within 2 hours of booking, my appointment was canceled by the spa, and all other open slots that day were removed. When I called to see why this had happened - again, no one answered the phone. Poor communication all around.
  
  **UPDATE: I have been in contact with the owner of the Spa, who reached out to me after this review. She is taking great efforts to apologize and attempt to fix the problems I experienced while trying to book here. I have updated my rating so far to reflect this...**
